Come and enjoy a week-end of Aboriginal culture and healing with the Ngangkaṟi at our newly established Aboriginal Traditional Healing Centre in Adelaide.
We would like to give you the opportunity to experience a week-end immersion into Aboriginal culture with the Ngangkaṟi from the Aṉangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands (APY). During the week-end we are offering a COMBO Education Workshop, Bush Medicine Workshop & Ngangkari Healing.
The Educational Workshop & Ngangkaṟi Healing offer the opportunity to anyone interested to learn about Aboriginal Traditional Medicine and experience the 60,000 years old Aboriginal healing practice of the Ngangkaṟi (Aboriginal traditional healers) from the Aṉangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands (APY).
The Bush Medicine Workshop offers the opportunity to learn and make your own bush rub with the ngangkaṟi women as well as experience an Aboriginal Traditional healing session.
When: Saturday & Sunday: 25-26/08/18; 22-23/09/18; 20-21/10/18; 17-18/11/18; 8-9/12/18

Traditional Healing and Culture Workshop
The Traditional Healing and Culture Workshop provides a unique opportunity for anyone to experience the 60,000 year old Aboriginal traditional healing and cultural practices from the ngangkaṟi and artists from the Aṉangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands (APY).
Traditional Healing and Culture Workshops allow participants to experience cultural activities and spend time with the healers and artists. The workshops also include a healing session with the ngangkaṟi
