Culture and Traditional Healing  workshops

Culture and Traditional Healing Workshops provide a unique opportunity for anyone to experience the 60,000 year old Aboriginal traditional healing and cultural practices from the ngangkaṟi and artists from the APY lands. Traditional Healing and Culture workshops are held in the newly established ANTAC's Aboriginal Traditional Healing Centre in Adelaide (SA). The Centre is a special place in a metropolitan setting where people from any background can access and experience the ancient Aboriginal culture passed down from generation to generation since time immemorial. The workshops will allow participants to actively learn and engage in a range of cultural practices, including dot painting, art craft & jewelry making, basket waiving. 

Culture and Traditional Healing  Workshops are designed in a way that participants can choose and move from one cultural activity to another while having the opportunity to spend time with the healers and artists. The workshops also include a one-one consultation and traditional healing session with the ngangkaṟi which will be held in the ngangkaṟi's healing treatment room. The Traditional Healing and Culture Workshops provide a unique opportunity for anyone to experience the 60,000 year old Aboriginal traditional healing and cultural practices from the ngangkaṟi and artists from the Aṉangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands (APY).

Traditional Healing and Culture Workshops allow participants to experience  cultural activities and spend time with the healers and artists. The workshops also include a  one-one consultation and healing session with the ngangkaṟi.

Come and enjoy a day of culture and healing with the Ngangkaṟi  at our newly established Aboriginal Traditional Healing Centre in Adelaide.
